Haverford College is a private liberal arts college located in Haverford, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia. Founded in 1833 by Quakers, it is one of the oldest liberal arts colleges in the US and consistently ranks among the top liberal arts colleges nationally. Haverford enrolls approximately 1,400 students and is known for its Honor Code, small classes, and close faculty-student relationships. It is part of the Tri-College Consortium with Bryn Mawr and Swarthmore.
